Regarding Zhongshan YIDA Electric Heating Technology Co., Ltd.

In 1950, Japanese business leaders, invited Mr. Edward Deeming to Japan to teach executives and engineers, a new manufacturing method that prioritized “quality”.
Then Japanese production became the best in the world.


This became known as KAIZEN.


Mr. Deeming said that focusing only on “production targets” encourages high output, but often resulted in low quality.

So, some of his recommendations were.
1. Build quality into the process of manufacturing, from start to finish.
2. Embrace quality throughout the organization.
3. Invest in educating the people, who work for your company.
4. Put customers’ needs first, and design products to meet customer needs.
5. Quality relies on consistency – the less variations that you have in the input, the less variations you have on the output.
6. Identify “weakness” as a team and create “solutions” as a team.


Mr. Deeming promoted this concept; Plan – Do – Check – Act.
